Shipping/Handling Fees:
We offer FREE Shipping to all U.S, APO or FPO addresses.
Packages will be shipped by either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders will ship within 48 hours of payment clearing. If we know we will be unable to process orders for a few days due to a show or a photo shoot, then we will put a notice up here and on the gallery index pages.

Payment: We accept Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks and personal or business checks. Orders paid for by check will not ship until payment has cleared (usually 10 business days).

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged on packages shipped to Maryland (5%), Pennsylvania (6%) and Virginia (5%).
Shipping/Handling: Please contact us for shipping/handling fees for packages shipped outside the United States. Shipping will be by USPS Air Letter Post or USPS Air Parcel Post, depending on the weight and size of the package. S/h cost will be actual USPS postal rates plus a $ 3.00 handling fee.

Customs Forms: Customs forms will reflect the actual value of items purchased.

Return Policy for items purchased through this website (domestic and international):
We want you to be happy with your print from Hankins-Lawrence Images. We realize that purchasing art over the internet can be a challenge, since you can never be quite sure if the colors that appear on your monitor will look the same when your purchase arrives. We do extensive color management and printer profiling to ensure that our prints look the same on our monitors and in our prints. However, our monitor may not be calibrated the same way yours is.
If when your order arrives, the colors aren't quite right, or you just doesn't look the way you thought it would, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping/handling) of your order no questions asked as long as you notify us within 3 days of its arrival that you are not happy with your item and return it to us in original condition by insured USPS priority mail within 7 days.
If your item arrives damaged, or we make an error in packing your order, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
